Privacy

Last updated 3 October 2026. The short version: we do not keep your prompts or the answers.

Zero data retention

Your prompts and the model output pass through the gateway to answer the request and are not written to our database or logs. Requests are sent upstream with data collection denied, so they are only routed to providers that do not train on or retain them.

One exception you control: if you send feedback on a response, we store the rating you sent. We do not store the response it refers to.

What we do store: billing metadata

  • Your account: wallet address, balance, staking tier. We do not ask for a name or an email.
  • Per request: time, the model and grade you asked for, which models ran, token counts and cost, what you were charged, and whether it was refunded.
  • A hash of each API key and OAuth token, never the key itself.
  • For the free playground: your IP address and the trial amount used, to limit abuse.

What is public

Aggregate numbers on this site (totals saved and refunded, pass rates, vault balance) are computed from billing metadata and contain no account identifiers. Anything you do on-chain, such as buying credits or staking, is public on Robinhood Chain by nature.

Third parties

  • Model providers, reached through OpenRouter, process the content of your requests to answer them.
  • Payments are USDG transfers on Robinhood Chain. Like anything on-chain, they are public.
  • Apps you connect with Sign in with Bestex can see your account ID, tier and balance, and can run requests on your balance until you revoke access.

Your choices

You can stop using a key at any time, and revoke any connected app. Your account is your wallet address; if you stop signing with it, nothing else ties the history to you.
